Inspired by the race scene, the Switchback 1 was designed to be the smallest and most powerful LED helmet light to partner with our high-output primary light sets.  In the end, we made a tiny, super hero of a light with unmatched performance that is not only the perfect secondary light, but a light that can cross from urban to freeride to cross-country in a single breath.

All head units are made of die cast aluminum alloy for excellent heat dissipation and strength, and feature Luxeon 3 Watt Emitters with Princeton Tec proprietary optics.  Head units feature cooling fins for increased heat dissipation, a quick release tab for easy removal, and waterproof wire grommets.  Each battery pack is equipped with an LED battery power meter indicating high, med and low battery life, and power cords have locking connectors to prevent dangerous black outs of cords are pulled.  Battery packs have elastomer boots for secure mounting to any bike frame geometry.  Includes adjustable helmet bracket.  Robust handlebar mount bracket clears oversized stems and fits small and large diameter handlebars, and the oversized knob makes bracket easy to install and remove.  Multiple LED units are designed with unique circuitry so that if one LED goes out the others will continue to operate.  For additional product photos and information go to http://www.switchback321.com/ .

**Waterproof Rating Level 1 - Waterproof rating Level 1 is assigned to lights that offer a degree of water protection equivalent to IPX4 in the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. Lights rated at Level 1 are designed for water resistance to splashing and quick dunkings. If a light with a Level 1 rating is accidentally submerged for a longer period of time, the batteries should be removed and the cabinets should be carefully inspected for signs of battery leakage. If water has entered the housing, the light should be dried and batteries replaced.
