The Stick is a non-motorized device that is composed of a semi-rigid core around which independent, 1 inch spindles freely spin. This instrument was engineered to assist healthcare providers in the deep manipulation of soft tissues such as muscle.

The Stick Models can be organized by length or by firmness.
When choosing a length, these factors should be considered:

• Long and Medium Sticks are appropriate for full body use. Tall and large individuals will require a longer Stick to effectively work their body, while mid-sized and smaller individuals will enjoy a medium length Stick.
• Short Sticks are appropriate for use on limbs (legs, arms, neck), and are also a good choice for individuals who travel a lot (they'll fit better in your suitcase!).
