*Halogen Incandescent Bulb - Halogen bulbs work in exactly the same way as traditional incandescent bulbs found in your home with one major difference: they contain halogen gas instead of nitrogen or argon. This difference allows the bulb to burn brighter, more efficiently, and for longer periods of time. The bulb needs to be replaced less frequently since filament life is extended.
